Before you reach out, it helps to know who’s on the other end. When you contact Care Managers, you’re not speaking to a call centre or a generic inbox — you’re speaking to real people who are part of a small, experienced team based right here in Melbourne. We believe that support should begin with understanding, which is why we take the time to listen properly from the very first conversation.

We offer a wide range of disability care services, but what really sets us apart is how we work: with honesty, respect, and flexibility. We don’t rush people through the process or assume we know what’s best — we’ll walk you through your options clearly so you can decide what works for you.

What makes Care Managers different from other providers?

Care Managers is all about doing things properly — not just on paper, but in practice. We’re a local team that believes disability care should be personalised, flexible, and consistent. We don’t overcomplicate things or make people jump through hoops. Instead, we focus on strong communication, ethical practice, and real relationships with the people we support.

We also take pride in having an experienced team who knows how to work with a wide range of needs — from personal care to transport, household tasks and more. If you’re looking for support that feels reliable and respectful, contact Care Managers and we’ll help you get started.

Absolutely. Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. We can help explain how things work in plain language, including how funding is allocated, what supports you might be eligible for, and how to get the most from your plan.

If you already have a plan in place, we can look over it with you to identify where our services may be the best fit. If you’re not yet connected to the NDIS or are in the early stages, contact Care Managers and we’ll help you get clear on what’s next.

Once you submit an enquiry, we’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days to find out more about what you’re looking for and how we can help. We’ll have a chat about your needs, go over what services might suit you, and answer any questions you have.

From there, we can arrange a meet-and-greet or service agreement — depending on what stage you’re at. We don’t rush people into decisions. Our aim is to help you feel confident, well-informed, and supported from the very beginning. If you’re unsure, the best place to start is to contact Care Managers and have a conversation.

Definitely. We welcome input from family, carers, support coordinators or anyone else you’d like involved in the process. We know that some people prefer to have someone else alongside them when discussing options or making decisions — especially if there are complex needs involved.

As long as you give us the go-ahead, we’re happy to include trusted people in meetings or calls. Our priority is making sure the support plan works for you, and that everyone involved is on the same page.
