• Our client, a disability provider is considering expanding their service into aged care. Care Managers Australia analysed their current business position and provided strategic and operational advice to the leadership team in the shift to aged care and the likely consequences of this move.
• Our client, an aged care provider had an incident in one of their aged care facilities and the family wanted the incident investigated independently. Care Managers Australia performed an independent investigation (based on the principles of natural justice) and provided a detailed report of the event.
• Our client, a pharmaceutical provider required a series of change management education sessions to staff in aged care facilities. Care Managers Australia provided a comprehensive and entertaining program for the clients, much to our client’s satisfaction.
• Our client, a rural shire council has been relying on the ongoing quality and accreditation experience of the Care Managers Australia team for several years, for the maintenance of the standards and advice at their aged care facility.
• Over the last few years, many of our clients have been pleased with the success of their Aged Care Approvals Round Applications. Our role has been to write their applications for them.
• Each year for the last 3 years, our client, a disability provider has needed short-term projects completed, without the staff available from their own organisation. Care Managers Australia has been able to complete these projects in a timely manner, as required by the client.

• Our client, an industry association required the development of a marketable policy and procedure manual. Care Managers Australia developed this manual in collaboration with the industry association.
• Our client, a university residential college required a risk assessment of their campus and required the Board be advised of improvements. This was done and the improvements implemented.
• Our client, an overseas developer sought advice on the Australian retirement village industry and sought information via a list of questions. Care Managers Australia provided thorough advice so the developer could consider his/her options.
