Andrew Schloss - Dip Bus (Man), Grad Cert Bus Admin, Adv Cert Accounting, Cert IV Small Business, Cert IV Government Investigations, Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Andrew has over 22 years experience in administration, quality systems management, management accounting. Having worked in both public and private sectors, Andrew understands the need for accountability and compliance, while most importantly how to achieve this in a cost effective manner. He has a passion for systems and processes that free people to perform their roles in an organisation.
Andrew has led several organisations through the accreditation process under 4 different accreditation schemes.
Andrew is a registered and active Retirement Village Survey Team Leader under the Retirement Villages Accreditation Scheme, a trained Aged Care Assessor, has attended several quality management system and auditor training courses, is a trained and experienced government investigator, and is undertaking his Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Annie Pfeffer
Annie has been a director of Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority and Chairman of the Pittsworth & District Hospital Friendly Society Ltd, Director of Grainco Australia and President of the Australian Sunflower Association.
Annie is the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation, Rural Women’s Award Queensland Winner 2000.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Business and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Program.
Ken Walker
Ken has 34 years experience in large public sector organisations at both operational and executive levels. Specialising in threat assessment, emergency response procedures, risk management and, major incident planning and management. For the past 6 years ken has worked as a consultant sharing his wealth of knowledge with organisations helping them plan for a more secure future.
Ken is also an active Retirement Village Survey Team Leader.
Kathy Schloss
Kathy is Office Manager, Workplace Health and Safety Officer, and a gun typist to boot. (Kathy has been clocked at 110 wpm, but in her humility says she these days is probably 95 wpm). Kathy is often utilised by clients for her key board skills and is frequently referred to for WH&S advice.
