What is our process?

Step 1 – An initial meeting approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours. In this meeting we will discuss your current situation, explain your alternatives and provide you with the necessary paperwork to get the ball rolling. For some people this will be sufficient.

Step 2 –Will most often occur in cases where a person is seeking a nursing home placement. This will involve a follow up meeting to plan the next steps. A short list of potential services will be devised for you to visit. We will provide you with a checklist and help you work through some of the important issues.

Step 3 – We will meet and discuss your visit, help explain or clarify what you saw and heard. We will review the paperwork requirements with you.
